What is BusinessBrain?

All organisations have, use and share data ... lots of it ... contacts, reports, invoices, product details ... the list goes on!

All too often this data is fragmented - in different places, looked after by different packages, hard to find and often somewhere you're not.

BusinessBrain integrates your data, lets you share it, publish it securely on a website (should you wish to), find what you want quickly and access it wherever you are.

In a 1D world, it's a content, contact or document management system, but as you integrate the dimensions to make it 2D, 3D, or even 4D, your business processes become streamlined and the additional dimensions open up new possibilities!...

Why use BusinessBrain?


Because BusinessBrain deals with the kinds of data that all organisations hold, it can be used to create many different systems - follow the links on the right to see some examples.


Start small - just a website, crm system or document repository, then extend it by adding new dimensions - not only do you get a great system, as you add to it, because all the the data is integrated it becomes much greater than the sum of the parts!

How does it work?

BusinessBrain brings your data together in a central store that can be accessed from anywhere using secure authenticated web services.
  • Use the BusinessBrain client software
  • OR use the BusinessBrain website (or your own if it uses BusinessBrain's content management)
  • OR write your own interfaces to the data using the webservices API provided

The cost?

Our aim is to make BusinessBrain affordable to any size of organisation whilst reflecting your usage and data storage needs.

Prices depend on:

  • the number of dimension you use
  • whether you prefer to Pay As You Go or choose a Package.

What if I need more?

It's your data and we'd like to enable you to get the most from it.

If you want to use your data in an way that we don't currently support, that's no problem.  Sign up for our developer network and we'll give you access to the web service interfaces you need to build new extensions to BusinessBrain.

You can make you data accessible in new environments, build add-on tools and sell them to others or allow automated systems to monitor your data.
